How to join or renew
Joining the Club
Please see the subscription rates and court booking fees below. The membership form (below) should be completed and returned to Jacquie Phillips. Subscriptions should be paid electronically as detailed on the form. Upon joining, you will receive an electronic key fob for the front door and the fitness room. You will receive an email with your username and password for the booking system.
Renewing Your Membership
This is not an automatic process and members will need to complete and return a membership form (below) for the coming year and send in their subs online. All payment details are on the membership form.
If a member does not renew by the end of November their account will become inactive.
2024/25 Membership Fees (inc. door fob)
Full Playing Member (Over 25)
- Annual subscription – £160
- Entrance fee (for new members only) – £50
Married Couples or Partners
- Annual subscription – £246
- Entrance fee (for new members only) – £50
25 & Under
For under 16s, one parent must join as a non-playing member, if not a full playing member
- Annual subscription – £75
- Entrance fee (for new members only) – £20
Saturday Only Juniors
To attend only Saturday coaching and tournament participation. This membership does NOT include court booking, playing on any other days of the week or team participation
- Annual subscription – £26
Parents of U25s
Allows parents to be named on a junior booking with their children. PU25 cannot make bookings, use the gym or take part in the leagues or tournament
- Annual subscription – £40
Non-playing (Social/Gym Only Membership)
- Annual subscription – £31
- Entrance fee (for new members only) – £10
Family Membership
Husband/Wife and any Number of Juniors Under 25
- Annual subscription – £319
- Entrance fee (for new members only) – £50
Over 67s
- Annual subscription – £120
- Entrance fee (for new members only) – £20
Door Fob Information
Door fobs are also used to gain access to the gym (over 16s only).
£10 per lost fob. If you require a new door fob, please email us and we will arrange for a new one to be sent to you.
To cover the cost of a new fob, you will need to transfer £10 from your club account to the ***replacement key fob*** account:
- Log into your account.
- Click on ‘transfer credit’ link.
- Enter 10 and select ***replacement key fob***.
- Enter your name in the ‘memo’ section.
- Tick that you understand the terms and conditions.
- Click submit.
Door fobs are also used to gain access to the gym (over 16s only).

Corporate membership
We have a number of local companies that have a corporate membership section.
Corporate members do not pay a membership fee, they simply pay for their courts (£6.25 for 45 minutes). Courts can booked at off peak times (08:15 until 17:15) during the week.
Why not set up a league or ladder within your company, perhaps challenge your colleagues to a friendly game?
