To build upon our current facilities, we have integrated a suite of premium equipment designed to bridge the gap between cardio endurance, functional strength, and core stability.

The New Cardio Power-Pair: SHUA S2 Series

The stars of our new cardio line-up are the SHUA Upright Bike and the matching SHUA Cross Trainer. These aren’t just machines; they are high-performance training consoles designed to work in tandem.

  • Immersive Tech: Our new bike features a HD touchscreen to track your metrics in real-time, allowing for a seamless transition between cycling and elliptical work.
  • The Synergy: Start with the Cross Trainer for a low-impact, full-body warm-up that engages your upper and lower body simultaneously. Then, transition to the Upright Bike for targeted leg power and high-cadence endurance intervals.

Strength is about more than just lifting heavy; it’s about stability, control, and functional movement. Our “Functional Zone” now includes:

  • Premium Free Weights: A full range of high-performance dumbbells. Ergonomically designed for a better grip, these are the perfect tool for everything from isolation curls to explosive compound movements.

  • The Stability Suite (Fit Ball, BOSU & Balance Board): We have an excellent core station with professional-grade stability tools.

    • Why it matters: Integrating these into your routine—such as performing dumbbell presses on a Fit Ball or squats on a BOSU—forces your stabilizer muscles to fire, protecting your joints and improving posture.

    • The Balance Board: Ideal for sports-specific proprioception training and injury prevention, specifically for ankle and knee stability.

  • Rowing & Steps: Our existing Rowing Machine and Adjustable Steps remain key components of the circuit, perfect for maintaining a high heart rate between strength sets.
